“Don’t worry about failure; you only have to be right once.” — Drew Houston

Hey AINYF Community,

The quote by Drew Houston, the CEO of Dropbox, is probably immediately related to the concept of founding an internet company and making billions of dollars.

The reality is that if you set off to become an entrepreneur, there are probably going to be numerous failures along the way that no one will hear about until you make it “big” with your last successful effort.

Outside of just Drew, I’m sure there are numerous other big-time internet founders that we look at as geniuses because of whatever amazing company they created who probably experience repeated failures in their lives before they landed on their big idea.

We just don’t get to see these failures, and if they had given up back then, where would they (and the world) be without their inventions?

In the same vein, you may have setbacks on your alcohol-conscious journey, and things may not always seem rosy as you travel the road of sobriety.

However, you just can’t give up.

Because if you do, you are missing out the amazing future you have around the horizon, and the world is missing out on the amazing person you’re becoming.

Don’t fret if you’re not perfect all the time…

Just keep going and work to be right the LAST time to be the success you know you are and create the future of which you know you’re capable.
